arma models to arma 2 and oa

Is there any utility out there that allows us to make a port from arma to arma 2 and oa? They have so many good civillian models as well as iranian police and well it all just makes for great realism in the mission making, was really hoping to find something like this without having to learn that 3dmax program.

nope.. its all manual work.

Not too much for vehicles, soldiers is a bit tricky and many threads about the subject.
