Helicopter insertion scripting?

hey guys, when I use my CH53s to insert my Marines, I do what the videos say, hit transport unload, then have the invisible "H" pad, etc. but when my ch53 goes in to land, it hovers about 3 feet off the deck, and lowers the ramp, and kicks me out, then after i tell my men to disembark, it lands then flies away. There are two things i dont get, #1, why it does it not land the first time? and #2, why doesnt it kick out my men as well?

did you synchronize the "get out" wp with "transport unload"?
Normally I think, when you are leader you have to command them to get out (disembark)
