Can,t shooting the static MG

Well I can,t fire the static MG and can,t move the direction , I only can in a "view mode" , but it was not in the free view mode , how can I fix it ? (If I ask in a wrong place please move it , I really don,t know where should I post it)

Are you sure its not destroyed?

Unfortunately there is no model change for a destroyed MG so you won't be able to "get in it" even though it looks OK.

Yes it is not destroyed , and I can,t fire it .

Are you sure you are allowed to use it?
The mission maker may not have made it useable by human players.

If an AI is the leader of your group, you cant use the static MG until the AI leader orders you to.

What machine gun you talk about? What addons or Mods have you installed? As single player I can access and use all static machineguns in vanilla ArmA2.

I came across this issue the other day while messing in the editor i used the static mg in the small bunker, usally the action menu comes up when u approch it but it didnt happen even crouching so you walk inside right up to the gun and still didnt get the action menu

I was using ACE mod though so it might be something to do with ACE

I just use the original MG in game , just mean the M2 or the Dshkm
