Just downloaded the demo, can\'t get it to work...

I just downloaded the demo and unzipped the files into a directory, since setup.exe doesn't work I assume it's meant to be played just like that. When I try to run it, the game gives me an error saying I have Glide2.X installed and it needs Glide 3.0, I have all of the lastest drivers and DirectX 8.1 installed... I have an ATI Rage Fury/Xpert 128/Xpert 2000 Graphics card. Any known problems or some way for me to fix it?

i'm also playing the demo but the "setup" thingy was working fine for me! it cteated a new folder with all game stuff in it and a working *.exe file. Try "setup"ing once again
