How to make AI killing Civilians ?

I have it set to activate when present, with this in the script box " badguy1 dofire civ1; badguy2 dofire civ3; " which they do, but before I want them to. Settings : Elipse .5m x .5m No timer or countdown. Name: Geneva Violation, No Text, Activation BLUFOR Present, Once. Nothing in condition, On Activation: badguy1 dofire civ1; badguy2 dofire civ3; in script nothing in On DEA.

You say you have nothing in condition, but you should have 'this' in condition. Activation: BLUFOR being present within the trigger radius, being true, is what reads as 'this'. Otherwise my guess is that they fire as soon as they have any knowledge of BLUFOR presence.
