Could be simple.
-add menu item to player
-start countdown after player activates it (after 4 mins the mud wears off and you have to do it again)
-setcaptive player to 1
-if player moves deactivate skript again (movement makes muddy camo useless as we all know)
Could be done in 20mins

There is however no captives for the predator.
Any unit on the map that is armed (except Predators of course) becomes a potential prey and is being
hunted by the custom predator FSM. But the condition could be
setvariabled to a soldier.
It could be scripted at the shores of rivers to give a player the action menu option to use the mud. Biggest bummer is of course that the model
won´t show the mud unless someone insane enough re-textures a lot of soldiers for hidden textures.
The big questions is just "Where is the point of being muddy, but not being able to move?"

If i'd be crouched in a bush because all my squad got killed by the Predator, i activate the script and watch the Predator searching for me. To hear the breathing of it anywhere near me would surely send shivers down my spine.

Covering your face with mud should be possible. I remember the Lowlands Warrior mod for Operation Flashpoint having the ability to camouflage your face with a visible face texture, and also the ability to put on either a beret or your helmet. If you put on your beret, you'd see the helmet hanging on your side. It was really awesome.
