			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>This has been a problem for the last few weeks now and recently has been hindering me in playing even more.<br />
I first noticed then when playing on dayz, where after a patch a couple weeks ago, I started to get a stuttering issue, which I've timed to exactly every 30 seconds or so.<br />
I made a troubleshooting thread in the dayz forums where rocket chalked it down to the debug menu, but it would appear that it is not the cause.<br />
Now, yesterday on playing on a server, I would get the same stuttering, exactly every 30 seconds, and also today on the pfng session.<br />
things to note:<br />
-I've tried reinstalling ArmA 2 and OA<br />
-I know it isn't something with dayz but something with arma2.<br />
-It isn't as much of a stutter as it is literally me pausing for a few seconds. People even see me lag out for abit until I get back in and have to catch up with whoever I'm with.<br />
-It does not happen on listen servers and dedicated servers without battleye<br />
-I think it is something with battleye<br />
-I've tried reinstalling battleye<br />
-It is not anything performance wise, my game runs perfectly fine and smooth but will just stop every 30 seconds.<br />
I'm getting really tired with this to put it bluntly and it's getting in the way of me playing ArmA2 how I would like to.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>The problem that i am having is that whenever i start up the game, all of the graphics seem stretched, as in there are planes of color, stretched objects across the screen, and the colors are according to what the background is, whatever it is is random from object to object that is stretched across the screen, all linear, nothing being bent, which makes it so i can't see much of anything, even in the opening menu scenes, asides from the broadside view of the naval ship, which is the only spot that works oddly enough. What i was hoping someone could help me with is determining whether it is a graphics card issue(as i am certain it is) or something else. My computer has:<br />

OS:Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)<br />
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU    530 @ 2.93GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.9GHz with 4096MB RAM<br />
with a Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD     graphics card<br />

If you can offer any advice, or solution, it would be greatly appreciated<br />

My clan is a MilSim,Tactical Gaming clan. We also use a military promotion system.We are recruiting Infantry men and Pilot's.<br />
To join our clan you have to:<br />
~Speak Fluent English<br />
~Own Arma 2:Free<br />
~Be Mature<br />
~Play tactically<br />
~Refer to officers as &quot;Sir<br />
~Respect Others<br />
~Play as a Team (No Heroic's)<br />
~Have Skype or Teamspeak<br />
Parachute Regiment<br />
To get into the Paratrooper's You have to play on our training server with us<br />
and pass basic training which well be lead by then move onto parachute training and then develop your skills further until your squad is assigned a mission.<br />
The Parachute regiment will be broke down into 4 separate squads<br />
1. Air Troop: Parachute in behind enemy lines and are usually sent on stealthy missions.<br />
2. Boat Troop: Use boats to our advantage and attack from the sea ( you may have to swim).<br />
3. Mobility Troop: Use Vehicles such as Trucks and Cars to infiltrate and may require to pick up other squads after their missions.<br />
4. Mountain Troop: Tab (Tactically advance to battle) Basically mountain troop tab to the objective and are required to walk/run to the objective. <br />
RAF<br />
To get into the RAF you have to play on our training server with us and pass basic Aviator training which will be lead by the Marshall of the RAF (Leader).<br />
Once you finish basic you can then rank up. When an officer notices that you are progressing well he will promote you to the next rank.<br />
As a pilot you will have to be able to fly all the planes/helicopters.</div>

basicaly the same as a normal player but all actions mirrored to the left side<br />
<br />
and because i know also left handed girls who play arma i also have to ask for a left hand female player<br />
<br />
at least a lefthanded guy and a lefthanded girl should be added!<br />
better would be if we get a point in the options where we can set all characters who are playable to left or right handed<br />
<br />
this should only affect the player it self! (because as in real life most enemies are still right handed) :))<br />
<br />
this possibility should get implemented into all games that exist!<br />
or at least in arma ;)<br />
<br />
until some Left-Hand fix comes out (maybe with the next update) i am open for any thing that fixes this problem!<br />
point me at any addon/mod or just tell me where to edit what and how!<br />

i loved the beginning of arma 2 modding, but from time to time, there came alot of zombie mods and missions, i mean its ok to make a zombie mod or zombie mission but right now its going too much into zombies for a war simulator, away from arma 2 : we have alot of zombies games like land of the dead, left 4 dead, the walking dead, dead island, l4d2, resident evil, dead rising.... and alot of zombies mods for other games, for example half-life and half-life 2 : brainbread, no more room in hell, zombie panic source... or for land of the dead : dead epidemic, or for gta : LC infection.... and its growing, even for arma.<br />
sure the community can decide themself what they should do, but dont you think that we have already too much arma and ofp zombie mods and zombie missions ? dont you think that we have already too much zombie games and zombie mods for other games ?<br />
and the thing is : almost every zombie mod or zombie game... is just the same.<br />
<br />
so why not trying to do something new ? maybe what about an predator mod (not the drone) with jungle like in the movie, or keeping on arma scenario and improve the battle and simulation ?</div>

I write this post because I wonder if I am the only one that think that there are two majors things that should be improved in ARMA 3. I just played again ARMA 2 for a few minutes, after awhile... And really, I must say that they have to do something for:<br />
-the driving: sorry, but it is something that just made me close the game, shut the computer down and do something else. The AI is so silly for driving and especially to maneuver... I think they can't continue like this. I installed the 1.11 patch and started to play, the AI in a truck charged against a pole and tried to go through it... forever. I mean, seriously... It's ridiculous.<br />
-Second, the AT soldiers: I made a lot of scenarios and I noticed, that if you have two squads facing each others, and you put a tank in one, the AT soldiers facing it, will almost never manage to destroy the tank, and it is really sad... I tried with two squad from the FDT against one russian squad with one BMP-3 on a very very flat terrain. So one of the 4 AT-soldiers manage to do one shot, but then finished... So I don't think it is very realistic.<br />
<br />
So, many of you will surely not agree, but does anyone think like me?<br />
I am looking forward this game, even if I will not have the computer for it, but I hope the majors bugs will be resolved...<br />

- Randomize the enmies in a given (player designed) area. I will explain. You enter the editor, design an area (square or circle or wathever) and the type and number of enemies that can or cannot be there. Every time you play the mission, the game randomize the presence and number of the enemies in that area.<br />
<br />
- Start a mission call a chopper (with AI pilot) to fly to my position, land and pick me and my team up. Then I should mark a position in the map, the chopper wil fly there, land, let us go down and take off again. Once I finished, I can recall the enemy chopper and he will fly back to my new position, land, let us board it and I will design a new are to land. A kind of Helo taxi. Possible?<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>So my wife and I just got Arma 2 and have been looking forward to trying it out. We have the default game, patched up to date, through steam. Everything seems to work fine, including other multiplayer, until we try and play the campaign coop together. Whoever joins the game has some sort of sepia filter applied to the graphics: if she hosts and I join, I get the sepia and she is normal. But if I host and she joins, she gets the sepia and I am normal. On first loading/connecting it shows up normal for about a half second and then the sepia drops over the screen.<br />
We tried deathmatch and had no problem, and we can both play single player with no problem. It appears to just be when we join each other's coop games. Our hardware is good and drivers are up to date (see also: no problems in any other modes.)<br />
Any ideas?<br />

edit: when I say default game, I mean no addons, and no mods. Just Arma 2 fresh install.</div>
