Intermittent Performance Issue

I can start up OPF and first time it runs smoothly but finish a mission and go back to the same or different mission and the graphics start to stutter and fart. I've also NEVER seen a cut-scene which runs smooth (without major stutters). My system is tweaked but still these problems.

I have an Athlon 1.4, Geforce 2 PRO and 512 DDR ram - more than enough to run the game without problems!!!

dload the DirectX Util from my siggy and read the Directions and what it does

set your virtual memory settings to 0 min and 1000 max

if you have a VIA chip set dload the latset VIA chip set 4in1's from the Driver link in my siggy below

tell us what ver OFP you have and your Driver version for your Vid Card (note get the latest vid card drivers in the same Driver link in my siggy below)
