Spawn On Me Script, Any Ideas?

I have seen this feature in battlefield bad company 2 and it's pretty awesome.

You can select any member of your squad who's still alive and 'spawn on them' wherever they are in the map, any ideas?

"killed"-eventhandler
and on being alive, e.g. respawn on the Spot ->
setpos+getpos you
