1.3 update much slower?

First of all, this is an awesome game.

Now, after installing the 1.3 update, the gameplay is much slower than it was at 1.20

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and applied the 1.3 update.

What I wish to know, is, has anyone else noticed this?

I did, but then I remembered that I had to increase my FPS slider in the video options. After that I can't really say that I've noticed any difference from 1.2x.

And you're right; it's an awesome game, and it just keeps getting better and better as I learn how to work the squad AI.
