Hello everybody,
I thought I'd bump this thread for an update.
Today our new website went live. A lot of changes have been made compared to our old website. Of course the new design (hopefully :)) looks better, but finding information should now be a lot easier. Server info and gameplay guides etc used to be scattered throughout the entire forum, but now every bit of info can easily be found on the website. Ease of use and newbie-friendliness was our biggest priority. ;)
Head on over to Tangodown.nl (http://www.tangodown.nl) to see the result. Questions and feedback are always welcome.
Furthermore, a couple of things have changed since the previous update (in this topic): we now have two Operation Arrowhead servers we regularly use, one of them being the DFF / TDNL server. Of course, we still also have an ArmA 2 server. All three servers contain plenty of missions you can choose from. :)
Have fun.

Bump time.
Tangodown is still soldiering on for all the dutch-speaking ArmA 2 players. We organise regular trainings, and play organised missions. Here are a few screenshots from the last operation, where TDNL's 1st platoon moved into Zargabad to rescue a journalist from the hands of the insurgency:

All trainings in preparation of these missions is open. If you want to take a peak into what we do at TDNL, head over to this thread (http://www.tangodown.nl/forum/thread-1788.html) on our forums for more information
Tangodown doesn't only cater to those that want hardcore scenario co-op, we regularly have more relaxed gaming sesssions on our servers, without the strict organisation maintained in our "Pro-operations". So if you're looking for a regular game with dutch-speaking players, don't hesitate to pay our forums a visit.
A community update for TDNL, the dutch-speaking tactical gaming community
Our Staff is pleased to announce the release of the TDNL Wiki (http://www.tangodown.nl/wiki/index.php?title=Hoofdpagina), which groups all the information about gaming with TDNL in one document.
Also contained within the wiki is the definitive Tactical Syllabus for TDNL, a detailed article on Roomclearance, guides to setting up ACE and ACRE and information about our Pro-Op campaign.

As always, Tangodown.nl organises regular training sessions for our members interested in tactical realism. We recorded a few of our sessions and uploaded them to our Youtube channel (in dutch):
wbVNe_gLClY
Our wiki remains the central source of information, containing tactical manuals, mod installation guides and more for tangodown.nl. Recently we added an extensive guide for the squad commander (http://www.tangodown.nl/wiki/index.php?title=Tactische_Syllabus_voor_de_GroepsCommandant) (in dutch).
For players looking for a more relaxed game, TDNL still has regular gamining nights every monday, wednesday and friday. Just check our Game lobby (http://www.tangodown.nl/forum/forum-6.html)

Update: new gameplay video
Recently we uploaded a new mission video to our YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/TangodownNL). Check out the videos below for footage we recorded during a War in Takistan mission, as seen from the perspective of fireteam Bravo. We were tasked with destroying an enemy generator.
From now on we will record and upload new videos more frequently. Subscribe to our channel to receive those in your inbox.
Addons used: ACE and ACRE.
Enjoy!
Ongoing development and future plans
Next Friday we will play the final mission of the PRO-Ops beta campaign, Operation Chainbreaker. TDNL will be tasked with arresting the HVT, 'Jackpot', and bringing him back to FOB Sharpe in one piece. More info on that can be found here. (http://www.tangodown.nl/forum/showthread.php?tid=2114)
After Operation Chainbreaker, a new, as of yet unannounced campaign will be played.
Additionally, all the info that you need in order to be able to play with us can be found on our website. (http://www.tangodown.nl/)

Video: Conclusion of Operation Chainbreaker campaign
New video! The footage below (shot and edited by Zoog) shows TDNL playing the final mission of the Operation Chainbreaker campaign.
Mission: to arrest Kardal al Sharif, AKA Jackpot (pic (http://i.imgur.com/czrlk.jpg)), a corrupt CEO of Shnell oil industries who finances the Takiban and Takistani Army. One of the most wanted men of Takistan. The coalition forces, including TDNL, have been chasing him for months and it was time to capture him once and for all.
During Phase 5 of Chainbreaker TDNL managed to capture one of Jackpot's SUVs. In it was a laptop that contained a lead to his location, the southern airbase, the last major Takistani stronghold. He had plans to flee the country along with a big group of Takistani soldiers. The team were to lay an ambush on his escape route near the border and return him to British-owned FOB Sharpe alive.
I played Kardal al Sharif, with the AI under my control (~30 men). It was pretty nerve-wracking to sit in the convoy, being driven down the escape route, and then hearing everybody open up on my bodyguards. Bullet cracks all around me. At one point in the video you can see me.
So how did the mission / campaign end? Just watch.
Enjoy!

PRO-Ops update
So, the Beta PRO-Ops are now officially over. What's next? Well, obviously we will keep developing and playing them. The biggest difference between the beta and the 'official' PRO-Ops is that they are now invitation-based. A squad within our normal ArmA team, so to speak. So for those of you who like to get a little bit more serious and tactical, you can join the PRO-Ops team. Joining is pretty easy, you need to have the right mindset and participate in basic training so you know the basic tactics we use.
For more info on PRO-Ops read our wiki. (http://www.tangodown.nl/wiki/index.php?title=PRO_Ops_Info)
We're recruiting!
We are always on the lookout for mature Dutch-speaking people who are looking for a nice, fun bunch of people to play ArmA with. Whether you prefer light-hearted gaming sessions or serious tactical gaming, we've got something for everybody. And keep in mind, ArmA is not the only game we play (though 90% of the time we do). Every player is free to organize gaming sessions with other TDNL members.
Our philosophy is: playing ArmA should be a nice mix between fun and serious gaming. Tactics and teamwork are very important things for us, but we are not a mil-sim squad!
If you like what you see, head on over to Tangodown.nl (http://www.tangodown.nl/) to sign up. All the info you need can be found there.
Don't forget to introduce yourself in our forums! (http://www.tangodown.nl/forum/)

Video: Operation Hidden Moon (Lingor map)
We have received Intel that the lingor army is in possession of blueprints to make nuclear weapons. To delay the process we have three tasks to be accomplished. The first thing is to destroy some pumpjacks. Hopefully some guards from compound Helvetia will come to check out what happened. That gives us the opportunity to take out the guards with an ambush. In the compound Helvetia is our last objective, eliminate Vladimir Yaraslav. Vladimir Yaroslav is one of the experts on nuclear weapons and since the failed elimination of last month he is now one of the most secured persons.

Tangodown received a re-task from from NATO base in Saudi Arabia south of Iraq. There is a High Value Target on a private island called Jennasy Khar Mohommed. Lingor is a private island of Saudi Arabia and there are regular supporters of the government of the Iraqi dictator. Iraq regularly does business with surrounding countries. Previously a CIA agent Nixon Speed was arrested for espionage.

Video: Operation Industrial Nuclear
The European Union is "seriously concerned" about the nuclear resistance of Zargabad, but fails to deliver critical words because this could deter Chinese and Russian support. The international community urges Zargabad to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) but that has not happend as of yet. Zargabad leaders threaten the rest of the world for a nuclear attack.
The latest IAEA report has made clear that Zargabad is a very dangerous threat and that the installation should be disabled. The attack is approved by the United States, Britain, France, Germany, the main countries that made the decision for the attack.
