Stick configuration

I'm using a joystick without twisting ability, does this mean that I'm not able to use the rudders in the helicopters/aircraft?

In the control setup for the joystick, I'm not able to select any other button other than "Stick Z-Rotate", any patches in progress that address this or am I doomed to the wingover turn?

lol it gets better than that as my twist rudder and throttle slider are linked in a funny way meaning as soon as i twist it my chopper goes up and down and spins around in circles ahahahah
