I have read Synides tuts, online tuts, and following the demo map TUT available online-- http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA_2_Terrain_Tutorial
I have a digital version of the game and I did get the demo satellite map imported by visitor 3 software with bulldozer to load the TUT sample map provided.
