Error message

When i get to main menu i get this msg:"no entry bin\config.cpp/cfgvehicles/cfgrecoils.scope".Never happened before,google didn't find anything.If i load mission,my comp freezes.Reinstalled and patched to 1.17,didn't help.Please help quickly.

reinstalled+re-patched, hmm - did you leave any addons installed anywhere?

Nope,i deleted whole folder.

its probably a corrupted install. Do the following steps:

Do a registry fix if you are running XP. Used to have all kinds of crazy errors when my XP registry was not fixed.

Download a new install or you bought online and reinstall. Simply reinstall if you bought disk or USB.

I think this came after registry cleaning,one day i found out i had lost arma shortcut.Then i created new one and got this msg,reinstalled and same thing.I think it might be weapons.pbo,which is the last one i have edited.At least cfgRecoils seems to be okey.

Well,got rid of msg by reverting registry cleaning but still got freezing.:confused:

The next problem is computer specs. What are your specs. Its useful to put your specs in your signature like I did so people can address your problems quickly.

It's not about my specs,they haven't changed.Maybe /PAE switch in Xp32?
