I have made several skins on photoshop in the past with PAA plugin and today when i went to save something, i find that the option to save as a .paa file has disappeared from the save menu, Plugin is still there in the plugins folder, and i can open .paas no problem, I just cant save them anymore.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

super late reply..... try adding .paa to the end of the saving file, doesnt matter what it says at the bottom

If you can't find a fix. Do this.

- Save the file as .TGA 24 bits (or 32 bits) DO NOT COMPRESS / RLE.
- Open up the .TGA file in TexView2 and save it as a .PAA from there. Actually faster than the .paa plug and safer.

Yep. Plus it will save in ArmA2 improved-compression format too, which your Photoshop PAA plugin probably won't.

It had hidden little problems in ArmA 1 and ArmAII it isn't suitable for.

If you're using the other BIS tools (O2, Visitor, BinPBO etc), you don't need a converter 95% of the time. Make all you working textures TGA's, even map models with TGA's and the tools do EVERYTHING else for you.
