Return to eden....Im loosing my mind, help!!!

Im stuck in the Return to Eden mission os OPF...any tips to end it in one piece?
The first part (hold the hill) is an easy one, but then when I have to take out a Shilka is when I get killed, no matter through where I try it, i get killed all the time!!!...so any god advice, maybe if I were better in commanding, but is too difficult to tell the others what to do or where to go, and at the same time, try to not get shot...please Im loosing my mind...help!!!

make sure you take a law, or take one of your mens'. Then just storm the hill and take the druganov from the sniper that is there, take out the men in the area, head along the shore westword until you can just barely see the shilka and then use your law on it, after that, call in the air support. I've heard of another way that if you put time to 4x and call in air support that the shilka cant shoot them down while they pick apart the area, never tried this so don't know if it works.
