ah, it is useful for very haywire planes, but most of us take the challenge to land manually, and are pretty successful (myself included)

Add files to the ARMA2 original addon folder is not very good. Cant you make it into a proper addon? Someone can help maybe. :)

IMHO there is no need for such an addon. Stuff like this should be reported and will eventually get fixed in a future patch. Maybe it's just me, but it feels highly awkward to have addon's to fix simple bugs like this. :/

But since you already have fixed it (which is a nice effort! Don't get me wrong.), you are the perfect candidate to write a bug report, incl. the solution, so I'm sure it will be fixed soon, if you do so (just in case you haven't done it already, the community issue tracker is over here (http://dev-heaven.net/projects/cis/issues) ;))

So it is a modification of the SAT texture, right?

Only way to do that with complete PBO replacement..
And therefore you can only have this or the Chernarus
texture tweak by Pico.

No it is just a math modification on the ilsdirection on the config of the map

Ok. Please post your config and I will help you.

PS: Your PBO seems to be built with an OFP PBO tool - very bad.

this is the origilal line:

ilsDirection[] = {0.5075, 0.08, -0.8616};

and this is the corrected one :
a should be the line 0144

ilsDirection[] = {0.5, 0.0875, -0.866};

and i use unrap to open the .bin and binPBO to compress , should i use something different ??

Thanks for the help

Register a tag at OFPEC, adapt the cfgPatches class naming,
create a folder named the same way, adapt the header and pack it:

Exscume me if it's off topic but:

I don't understand the ".bikey" files... is it obligatory to put them? Because I don't use the bikey files but the addons work... so I don't uderstand what these files are... ( maybe for the server :confused: )

thx

You're right. the .bikey files are for servers. When an admin installs the .bikey, it will automatically allow the mod (if you installed both .pbo and .bisign in your modfolder).
It's a method to prevent unwanted mods that could break gameplay and/or cheaters.
