How to play in the editor

I know you click preview.

But now my preview button is gone.

I went online and it said spawn a player ...I did that..

But still nothing.

Also how do I ungroup people.

This forum said to press F2 grab a unit then drag the line to an empty space then release..

I did that, again, it didnt work.

Hi there,

You are posting in the wrong section of the forum, this section of the forum is talking about ISLAND making in VISITOR.

You are busy in your GAME EDITOR, that belongs to "ARMA2 - Mission Editing and Scripting.

But to help you along abit:

First of all there are 2 editors in the game (Actually 3), the one you want to use is the one in the multiplayer section of the game, when you see all the servers in the list, on the right bottom of that same page there is a button called "NEW", press that and edit in that editor only(for now :))

Then when you want to preview your missions, you first have to SAVE them, only then the preview button will appear.

Grouping of units: place 2 units and connect them with a line ( the line to connect them will be usable when you select "group" from the editor menu, now you can draw a line between the 2 units.

sorry, you want to ungroup, same story, select "group" from the editor menu and then draw a line from the unit you want to ungroup to some empty space.

But please again, post your questions in the right topic.
