Alliance settings in Warfare?

I'm making a Warfare mission with 2 sides battle.
It should be an alliance between west/resistance or east/resistance.

I tried this method and appers a message
"An alliance between BLUFOR and Guerillas has begun".

But Guerillas still attacks to USMC and Russian...
How can I fix it?
