Return to Windows desktop

At the successfull end of the "Rolling Thunder" mission, i read my stats and the congratulations, then i click on "continue" to go to the next mission and... i go back to windows desktop. I tried 3 times the mission, but with the same result.

Anybody got a bright idea ?

Search The FAQ (http://www.theavonlady.org/theofpfaq/) for "CTD" (means Crash-To-Desktop). This might be related to crashes when missions are autosaved by OFP.
