The latest 2 beta patches dont work for me.
The screen is flickering heavy and fade kicks in.
Today i installed the new beta patch and still the problems.
Also tried a clean install of Arma2 but still doesnt work.
Does it get fixed before it will go live on patch 1.05 ?

what's your shortcut looks like? mine looks like this:
"C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\beta\arma2.exe" -mod=beta -nosplash

and no problem with flickering texture...

Is this a serious response to the question asked?

I'm using an ArmA launcher that has the option of using the beta executable so there's no need to keep modifying your shortcut(s).

Might be worth a shot to make sure you are in fact using the beta .exe .

Found in at Armaholics but you might have to search for it as I don't have a link.

it's not fade ...
you were just loading incorrect data (from retail) instead of updated (beta) ones ..
