I'm guessing you are suffering from pre-rendered frames. Check the 'render frames ahead' option in your graphics driver.

Might be mouse lag. Latest patch v59210 has settings in the ARMA2.CFG wich is automatically set as you start first time. Change the 2 last lines values to lower like 1 on both. Or even "0" on both and test.

Talking about these values:

GPU_MaxFramesAhead=0;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=0;

They are set to 1000 and 3 i think first time. Play around with them - low values like from 0-4.

Test and see what happens.

Are you running an i7 processor?

I get the same if I don't disable hyperthreading. I haven't tried it enabled with 1.04 though. 50fps on my machine feels very smooth.
