HELP: Placing reference images in Oxygen2

Hi. I'm a beginner with O2 and i'm having some trouble after I place an image into O2. When I try to zoom in on the image it doesn't zoom, only the grid changes size.

Question is, how can I lock the image or make it so it zooms in with the grid?

If you change to vertices selectingtool again and move sideways the backgroundpicture should be in the right size again.

I found out how to zoom in without using the mouse wheel, I can now zoom in with the picture by using the number pad + and -
