Just upgraded to XP and OFP works fine except for the sound. After playing for a while there is no sound, just the odd crackle.
Under WIN98 everything ran fine so I tried using the compatability mode of XP and set it to WIN98/ME and the problem was solved. The only thing is that I now can't use hardware acceleration.
I know that Microsoft rewrote the XP drivers for older Aureal soundcards, so if it is drivers then it probably won't be fixed. Anyone else have this problem???
