Add on on my own hosted game

I hosted a lan mission editor game on my pc and my add on doesnt seem to work its not mine i should say its mikes f16 add on that gives aircraft lock on warning it doesnt see to work when i host but it worked once in this one server and it also doesnt seem to work in my clans server what gives? any help out there?

Jeez, if you want help make a little effort, maybe start by defining what you mean by 'doesn't seem to work'.
