O2 Wont create shapes

Hi guys,

Every time I try to create a shape in O2, such as a cylinder, it creates a single point or a plane with only two points. I'm kind of baffled here.

SEGMENTS RADIUS or SEGMENTS anything, cant stay as "1"
try a number like 8 to start with and you'll see why.
