Hey i am having the same problem too. Everyone i have asked says that i am doing it wrong but i followed the instructions perfectly and i still cant get it to work. It has to be something with Windows XP. Does anyone know how to fix this.
It might be worth trying to use the program compatability mode to change it to a windows 95/98/ME environment.....

Im running xp too, when i dropped my .wav onto the program it didnt work. So i ran cmd from run box to get the windows command console thing..
i had wavetolip.exe and my go.wav in the same folder, then go to that directory using cmd (old dos commands cd etc..) then ran WaveToLip.exe go.wav
When i did it like this it created my .lip file fine!
i got it to work with win 98 se so i go to my nebours to do it bit of a hastle but hey what can ya do http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard301/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif
