An actual representation of a Pilot in buldozer?
No, you wont get that. Never been a standard option, but I remember a long winded work-around in ArmA1.
Most of us just place the pilot/driver proxy (the 3 point triangle with 1 face) in O2 and get the model ingame (ie with a config) and see where the pilot actually ends up. Then just keep tweaking until the position is good.
If you just mean; what do I select in O2?
create>proxy>(dropdown)driver
the drop down is blank for me?
ive typed in driver and its given me the proxy triangle but if i want to view the model in bulldozer it errors saying it cannot open the .p3d for the driver/pilot
thanks for the help, not done anything like this for about 5 yrs (scince flk work :))

create in your ArmAWork CA folder follow Folders:
Temp
in Temp a new folder proxies
in proxies a new folder "name of your Vehicle"
copy a mlod Soldier model in this folder and name the p3d Pilot.p3d
for example my temp folder
ArmAWork\ca\temp\proxies\uh_60\
pilot.p3d
gunner.p3d
cargo01.p3d
cargo02.p3d
so you seen for your proxies the correct Soldiermodels in Buldozer
