View Full Version : 4X4 Fun
Anyone notice how good the jeep climbs the mountain in the get the skud mission. I drove it right to the top much faster than crawling. Also tried the downhill when time was allmost up. yes i flipped it but allmost 360 came very close to landing back on the tires. Since i was air born the Shuka thought i was a plane or something coming off the mountain and let me have it.

I love those nonsense actions. I do it too all the time. But then I put the time mode up to 4X because then speeding is realy fun. They should have a record function so you can see what you did after the mission
And an option to move the camera around while replaying and dump out an avi file so you can make movies of your best missions.

Yeah, damm you are one of the few that understands that a game is 40% play and 60% fooling around with it.
I am realy having fun at the moment with creating strange (but drug-free) missions. Without the mission -editor I would have thrown it away right after 2 weeks
I had some fun playing around in missions, especially when I was a Spec OPs, nicking tanks choppers, trucks, cars. anything drivable, I even mucked about in a tractor on one mission, running over Russians, they never knew what hit them http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif until an antitank guy fired a rocket at me http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif blowing me sky high!

Hehe, well just try out putting 5 bombs under a Trabant... after a minute it will come back to the ground http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
It needs something like the instant replay utility in Carmageddon 2.
I just love getting a bit of that action and hooning all over the place in a humvee squishing all the enemy http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
I also reckon there need to be more racing missions. i have a few, but there are bugger all. Sort of like the campaign mission where you escort the trucks to the airport, but with sports cars and a few AT soldiers to spice it up a bit. That would be mad.
