The v08 is final!
That was alot of work but is done now.Prices and balancing is very good so far.
Yes this is a running process and we will keep the work up.
Some changins since then:
-Airfactory Hangar
-CTI Walls (DVD)
-95% working JIP (small things left)
-grass on/off button
-Command Center range
-Scanranges,Armour,Vehiclespeed in smooth balance....
-and much more balancing and vehicle fixes done
old changings
-Viewdistance reduced for Aircrafts and AA vehicles
-New Marker ( removed those Bricks and circles crap)
-Gunship on East (UTKA)
-F16 for West (Myke)
-AH 6 and MH6 for West (Cyborg11)
-CH47 Chinhook for West (Smiley Nick)
-MV22 for East (25 pers trans)
-Shilka for East
-added Animals (10%)
-activated Civilians (penalty for kill/no more frag town from far)
-removed Teamswitch (bullshit)
-added Beam tents (spawn like in MFCTI(OFP/Mike Melvin) )
-No more chopper raping over the hole map (scanrange reduced to 2,5km)
-changed starweapons (better ones so keep your $ )
-added Support BMP at startpoint
-and everything that i forgot now ;)
-added BISIGNS
-redesigned some markers
-added grass on/off while in game (optionsmenue)
-build more Comcenters bigup your radarrange

its MP but you can play it SP if you play it online on your machine !
SP: goto MP --->NEW--->choose mission--->close your server---->choose dificulty from low to hig--->play
you can save your mission and continue playing when ever you want to.

I just noticed from the map view that the towns Cherno and Elektro needs to be added as an essential role into the mission, they also have to be the most heavily populated towns by the enemy AI on the map.

I wonder if there is an unflip vehicle script that can be added to this mission. The problem I am having at least in the last 2 games I started, the support BMP, MHQ and the 5ton truck will flip over onto their side. So far I have only noticed this problem when the game starts spawned on the north side of the map.

mmm... For LAN games these items are not that bad, but I played on MP just a few minutes ago and noticed that the animals are killing my FPS, I'm not too sure about the Civilians yet, I only see like 1 or maybe 2 at the most in any given town.

Is there any chance you will be implementing Norrins revive script?
Still looking for a CTI that's using it. If you play with a squad of 3 or 4 friends it's really tedious having to ship out in the field all the time. Revive also forces teamplay a bit more...

That's a game engine bug.. it's on BIS side.

I don't know if this is a problem on my side or the CTI mission itself, but everytime I die and respawn, the normal amount of time displayed..."20+" seconds or so are taking about 10 seconds per 1 second shown. Another words, it's taking like 3 minutes for the timer to countdown before I get control of my player again. This happens everytime. Any help pls? Thx

ROFL, have you personally met my PC??? It's like you've known it for years. Yeah, it's prpbably on my side. Thx for the quick replies. I still love the mission, no matter what happens. It's the only version of Warfare I play now.

The 0.43 is quite ok.
Maybe you ask TiGGa if he shares some of his work so that you take over some of his GUI solutions.
Waypoint handling in 0.43 is a no-go. TiGGa's way with the "high command" is the way. But it still needs a GUI where you can define a bunch of WP without any purpose and another part where you connect functions by using WPs.
More static objects placable with the support vehicles would be excellent.

In a certain stage of a crCTI battle you might want to block some roads to have silence on that side to be able to concentrate your forces onto another spot.
So blocking a narrow valley with a street by concrete/wire/mines or controlling a valley by placing that "A_BuildingWIP" and lots of fortifications around would be a nice element.
I want to modify teamswitch.Can I do?

How about an Yoma Addon Sync server - ArmA Creations (http://www.arma-creations.com/hosted.php) would gladly host it.
CAA1 had the public release now - how about some crCTI on a1 worlds? :P
If you don't take the addons in account, is this one more SAVE- and JiP-compatible than the crCTI 0.9?
Also is there more features over all in this one?

Oh i'm not new to using mods for this game :) i have them installed correctly, but i still get told i need them, that is the problem

so we had a voting and they are not in game anymore...

the game dont lie to you ! if it tells you that you need them to play you dont have them
started.try to start only the @<hidden> modfolder...if this dont help make a safetycopy of your original arma addonsfolder and copy all the CRcti addons into it.it has to work !
Ok... I'm currently modding the 0.9. It would be nice to have a look at the scripts for it.. Do you have it? I made a field HQ in my version. That can beam you between the base and the field. Going to add a param to choose to have it in the game or not. That way you have the option to go hard core.
On a big server it makes sense not to have it, but if you play coop with say 3 human player or so, it's nice not having to buy new vehicles all the time.

It is that difficult to add an switch on the parameter page to enable/disable the spawn tents. Or to relaese a version containing the spawn tents. For me and my friends it was a big advantage of your mission that it was been included, especially on the large map :(

the beamtents was my idea to give a little respect to mike melvin for having this freakin great ideas for missions.
i have made a addonsfree version where the tents are still in use.
also gras on off and unflip vehicles plus 95% good working JIP.

now we are on v0.8h wich is much better than older versions....
the balance is the main target here.

I like beamtents ... gives me the famous ol' OFP feeling and ... Mike Melvin I own a great thanx to for having done mfcti which accompagnied me through the years of ... 2002 - 2005 (about). ;-)
And I never forget crcti missions with mfstyle "on" which did "cost" me a lot of time in 2005 - 2009 (about) ;-)) though there were no beamtents but other memories from mfcti - like HE weapons for base defense and radar in tank for driver and gunner too.
I loved it.

I done it a couple of months ago, by increasing the UAV terminal radius, and putting a upgrade price on it to activate it via Camp UAV terminal. It will respawn somewhere on the map.

Do i realy need to download your personal mod folder ? Or is it posible to post a list and let us manualy add the mods we dont have yet? Having a seperate modfolder for every mission wil filll up my SSD very fast as it curently packs over 1.5GB in modfiles allready !!

yes you will need the modpack! its not that much vehicles and weapons its more configs wich makes east and west even to each other.
you can play vanilla but then you will have a Ka52 Chopper wich can kill over the whole map everything.M1 has more power than a T90 in vanilla for example. we have a good smooth balance now with speed and armour and ranges.plus a good working mission with only small bugs left.btw my A2 is over 16GB ;)

I work on CRcti Proman wich will be released very soon.
With Arty from R3F and Mando Missles from Mandoble.
24 Groupsize is a bit to much but 5km VD sounds nice ;)

I just finished on Everon - I really got the old OFP-Feeling again that I missed since release of Arma2 - cool ! :)

I did another 120 minutes on Everon and succeeded ... ;-)

The M1A2 is manned with driver,gunner,commander and loader.
But in crcti its only shown with 3 crewmember,thats why it says to you
group full if you have no free ai anymore...
you can disband one ai for example.

For the info on the number of crewmen too.
But I did try to buy it completely empty - and didn't get it.
I even tried both ways:
1. buy empty and afterwards (second try)
2. buy manned and switched all crew men off
Result: "Group full!" :confused:
But it was fun nevertheless 99 % of the time. :)
The Button for the Loader is not shown means its missed in the Options.
Thats why you have to buy him...you cant buy an empty M1A2!
Its a bug...

How it's difficult to personalize CRcti mission ?
I mean...
use CRcti with new islands and/or insert new vehicles (external addons).
do you think is possible find some tutorials for to do this ?
PS: I've no idea from where to start :(

never saw a tutorial.
but to change islands or vehicles its not that hard.
unpack the mission and look inside.
if you have some expierience in missionmaking you will see what to change....

I've tried with a "tutorial" (make from Bushlurker here but for Dominance mission).
I dont think it's the same thing, but I've unpacked mission and tried with editor... nothing happened except a long run in the new island !! :D
btw.... make wrong stuff and then think better, it's the only way to understand "how to do".
PS: I'm sure you are on work on this beautiful missions, for to use it with all ARMA2 island mods, and insert new feautures. Keep up this good work !!!

Well I fixed one issue, but I have now another one. I can't buy or build anything. Clicking buy just doesn't do anything, same for "build here" or "place and build". I tried getting rid of all the other mods but the problem persists.
The buying and building does work in normal crcti (ie not sge)
Finally the last one I figured out too - there should be like a txt file with big letters saying you can't use this in SP. pff...But dedicated server co-op fixed things.
