Hello,

I want to start build my mission, but there is one bad issue with the editor.
if i want to put an AH-1Y for example need an ATC (Air Control Tower) in the USMC air field, and then i will press "Priview", the chopper wont be at the place i just puted him, it will be in a middle of nowhere, like 200m from the place i puted him in the editor.
Its a serius problem, i have it, and i have 4 friends that have that issue too.

What do we need to do? their is any patch or addon the can fix the problem?

thanks for help!

Is the Unit (e.g. AH1) in a group? If it is, change it under "Special" to "No Formation" - otherwise it will always be in formation and this is often not the place you set it in the editor.

no, i am doing it with unit. not group.
note: i know people that have that problem too.

Individual units can still be grouped. If you see light blue lines connecting units in the editor that means they are grouped. Other than that there's no explanation for why this is happening.

Select groups (F2), click on a grouped unit and drag to an empty space on the map.

Alternatively, if you want to keep them grouped, you can just set their special to "None" instead of "In Formation".
