spawning empty vehicles

In creating a map, say if there is a light vehicle factory places on your blank mission and the player. How does one get it so they can spawn any type of empty vehicle via the light factory.

Say you walk up to the light factory, action menu and click it adn then you can choose any class name to spawn right next to the factory?

What's the best way to do this?
