Any night missions in the works?

I'd quite like to see an SP mission set in the middle of the night,pitch black with a fairly large scale battle going on, mainly because I havent sat & watched a big night battle in the game yet & would really like to see all the explosions, tracer fire raking the sky & aircraft flying over etc :cool:
I'd make one myself but havent really had the time to sit & learn the editor yet!

I have tried a few missions at night
The glare from fires etc on the battlefield and
the flashing that the night vision does in reaction to that will give
you an epilepic fit , its unbearable

Erm if your that unexperienced its realy easy...
Now if you dont want to lern, go to singleplayer then scenarios, and the first in the list should be "My Missions".
Select it, then click <new mission>, and select basic.
Select your side (Blufor for CDF and US, Opfor for the communits guerillas and russians and independant for rebels (NAPA))
Then you will have option "Units" where you select your unit and enemy unit.
Then select first option Map where you select the island and then select the second map to place units (double click on the map to bring up a menu for the units) then drag evreything somewhere near a nice clear hill so you can observe and select Time&Date and select the time of day and go back and press preview!

Cheers for that i'll give it a go, ive played these games since OFP but to be honest ive never really dabbled with the editor,i just download other peoples missions!however I will have to get learning I think :)

If you just figure out how to edit existing missions, you can change any mission to be night ;)

I'm balls deep into it right now...it's full of superb things...like linking up to 144 units under your direct battlefield command...

Just ask the Server admin to change the time, which can be done on most missions.
