1.16 multiplayer kiack

guys i need help
i have a problem where every other patch works ok but when i try to join a server with 1.16 i get instantly kicked back to multiplayer screen
no message nothing
help?

Propably the server your trying to connect is using some addons and you dont have them, or your trying to connect server with older version.
