how to speed time up, how to change time and date in game? [Archive]

I found only the plus key that can speed time up by 4... but it looks like the clock is not moving faster anyway... in one mission I need to wait for something at 0600 (it 1200)how to speed things up so I don't need to let my PC run for 18 hours???

I haven't found a way to like "wait for X hours" like in the Bethesda games either, neither by myself nor the forums. But then I think that these missions are designed to be played in one day, even if it entails getting rid of all guerillas or capturing a whole country.

In your case, if it's the missions I'm thinking you are in, nevermind the guy's schedule, don't wait for him to come outside, just go and arrest him in his house (or at least the city he's supposed to be in). This campaign is not all action, many things happen in cutscenes.
