Recommendations on two player co-op missions?

A friend and I are looking for some good two player co-op missions. Any recommendations? Most we've found are for larger groups.

yes, would be nice to have a list of tried and tested coop maps.

same here. most coop missions seem to have no AI and you need a lot fo players to finish it.
