Email notification not working on BIS

Somehow i never get an email notification when a reply is posted to a thread i'm subscribed to. In my settings i've selected Instant email notification but still i never get an email.. My email host is GMX and i've made sure BIS is not on the spam list in the web server settings.

Is is a common problem or should i change email host perhaps?

Maybe try a different Email address? Something known to be fairly reliable such as Gmail perhaps?

Thanks. Can you post info of the sender email please? That way i can make sure it's not blacklisted or anything.
