Red target reticule

Hello all.

Why is it when I am in a game where the squad leader is AI and he assigns a target for me I can see it with a red marker, or maybe not see him but can see the red marker. Yet when I am in a coop campaign or mp with friends and the squad leader is human, there is no red marker when he assigns the targets.

I take it the little problem the AI has when he is in a squad of humans getting into the choppa is something known of and will be fixed on a patch. Bouncing in and out of a chopper in an attempt to get the AI to pull his finger out and get in gets a tad frustrating.

I've been wondering this too. How can I assign a red target marker for a squad member?

In singleplayer game you're probably on a different difficulty level than what the server dictates.
