I've been hankering for a multiplayer mission that adds the civilian factor to an evolution style mission.

Basically... the area is held entirely by one force of AIs and the player-controlled force is trying to invade and liberate the cities held by the AIs. But... add civilians to the mix that players have to be mindful of. Killing civilians should incur penalties for the players.

Does anyone know of such a mission?

We have one where for every killed civilian a new rebel "spawns" in the city by the doors of the un-entrable houses :) so, if you don't watch for friendlies mission gets 2-3x harder :)

Well there is some civilians in evo marines (not much) and if you kill one you get 1 minus point:cool:

Which is too small of a penalty.

Aye, they should make it so that whenever a civilian is killed, their whole family takes up arms against you after some little time. Armed civilians and saboteur-types, not just OPFOR soldiers.

You could also have rebel convoys on the map hiding somewhere and when certain number of civs is killed you activate them and they come into town to fight :)

use "count" for Civilian side and rebelmove1=true;publicvariable"rebelmove1"; to make it MP compat.

I'm currently working on that with my new version of evolution, over on ArmA..

Depending on feedback, I'm sure this'll be incorporated into an ArmA 2 version :)
