Even after installing the final german patch I could not end a single campaign mission in a normal way. In Manhattan the game crashes when saving, next mission I have been killed by a ghost soldier three times (like other users too), the next I don't get back the control after one of the ugly nonskipable text sequences and the next mission it crashes periodically after 1 hour.

The performance decreases from minute to minute.

Why didn' they test all the missions with a user pc under standard conditions and with copy protection enabled ???

What specs do you have? Did you buy a legitimate copy of the game?

I would also advise not posting the same thread in two different sections just so that they get more attention.

I second it, the performance does indeed, constantly decrease, and the more you play, the more the system suffers.

Regarding the campaign issues, as previously stated, I do also get killed by a ghost soldier after discussing with the NAPA recon soldier when the russians arrive at Chernarus.

The copy is as legitimate as legitimate a software bought by german "Media Markt" can be.

Core 2 Quad Q9300, Gtx 280, 4GB, Windows 7

Hm, concerning as those are close to my PC specs. Apart from Windows 7, which could be the reason for your troubles. Do you, by chance, have a dual-boot setup that lets you boot either Windows 7 or XP/Vista? I'd recommend trying to boot into XP/Vista if you do and try it out there, see if you get the same issues.

The campaign still has scripted bugs, none-responsive AI and other smaller problems. A friendly AI unit driving a Humvee actually drove over my squad leader in mission 3 when the squad was in action. He showed no signs of stopping. So i reloaded savegame and it happend again. Third time i hade to kill the driver to stop this bug.

Direct X has the same files under Windows 7 64 as under Windows Vista 64 and the memory management is the same. As u see I'm not the only with the problem: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=73895

I have been killed by a ghost soldier three times (like other users too).

About that, these "ghosts" are placed to stop the user from going somewhere or doing the mission a way it's not supposed to be
I assume you mean the mission, where you have to flee to the coast to reunite with the USMC and you went by foot or by car, you have to talk with the guerillas(they are in the FOB base) and then decide for the options you have(taking the helicopter, going with them or taking a car), otherwise you get killed after a certain distance towards FOB base, if thats not your problem then it's a bug

No it is the mission after manhattan. I had to end the manhattan mission using the endmission cheat because the game crashed and did not save properly. The mission was to observe the former USMC base.
