Here is just a simple bug list of problems found during campaign play (and MP), I have not included extensive detail at this time because
1) I'm not being paid to do BIS bug finding.
2) these bugs were VERY VERY obvious most the time and I have no F.in idea how they could miss them (did you guys test only on a super computer once or something?)

I'll add more detail and screenshots later on maybe, personally I love the game but honestly these bugs need to be stomped otherwise BIS must prepare for onslaught of bad rep and reviews.


Single Player / Campaign Bugs: In no Particular order...


Grenades ineffective, often doing little damage to AI. (common)
Sometimes die when leaving helicopter too fast. (rare, I was still alive on ground btw, just after 3secs I fell dead for no reason.. No fall damage either just dead.)
AI will not fully heal and results in constant pestering saying "I'm HIT etc". (common)
Textures & LOD not loading at close range when you turn and look around fast. (common)
Flickering LOD (esp houses) at close to long range, its unnecessary. (common)
Horizon towards ocean has a dark grey fog band, should it be gradient like hill backdrop?. (common, and may not be bug)
AI does not see power lines and will not attempt to avoid them when landing. (common)
AI does not stay clear of vehicles reversing. (common, perhaps ai need to be more aware of incoming vehicle collision detection and adapt)
AI can't see heli UH1 Rotor and will get stuck on it at times. (common)
Screen Blur sometimes remains on loadup or mission event/start. (common, fixable by pressing esc then continue)
AI can see player throu cover often, whereas it shouldn't be able too that easily. (common)


MP Bugs: Much more to come...

Tanks spawned too close to structure (impact) will cause them to FLING into the air violently, perhaps a spawn check is needed to ensure this doesn't happen, it could be scripted but why not BIS fix it. (common)
Player scoring problematic in DEATHMATCH (friendly fire score?), there is also possible other player-vs-AI score counting not working. That being not counting correctly.


Other Bugs: Much more to come...

F35 has no HUD or targeting cross-hair even?. (common)
Vertical GPS coordinates not showing correctly at different resolutions in the MAP screen. (common)
The ACTION command does not work with AI (possible human as well). For example tried a CTF map yet? HINT (common)



OK, that's it for now, there were many more but I just don't have time/money to spend listing them all day. I also have more detail on some, inc possible causes and resolutions to them but perhaps later. More to come...

P.s. Bugs listed as common should be very easy to find, I came across them repetitively in-game and some are damn near constant.

Also I like to mention that Performance shouldn't ever drop below 30FPS on a 9600GT or above on normal-high settings. Mine is a 9800GT 512MB running on a Intel Gigabyte board with Windows 7 (7077) and 4gb memory (3ghz DUO).

So the one major is performance and it suffers allot in the campaign, perhaps BIS need to use some smart unit/event spawning because I get the impression they are just spawning a entire island of units and its killing the CPU(s). Also the dense Town LOD needs some work and optimization obviously.

The most obvious bug in MP:

Deathmatch: Every kill gets cound as friendly fire! Unbelievable that this made it to the final(!) version...

Its possible that they FORGOT to set the players as enemy. Its a simple setplayerside thing or something related to the scoring I forget now. Should crack it open in editor and see how the units are setup.

The players get addrating -999999 at the start but I'd guess that it's not given in the subsequent respawns.
