Light Factory Respawn

Hi, I simply want to place a "LIGHT FACTORY" In a blank mission with a player.

Then simply be able to put 2 vehicles in there "Hmmv" and "tank" or something.

And be able to respawn them from the light factory. How can I accomplish this?
