how to edit warfare

I want to add units and/or weapons ,and change the racs units how do i that the best way ?

I want to add dynamic wheather to warfare , but i cant find an script to add.. i used the search here but no results ..

I actually was doing the same thing a while back, There are many scripts you can use but you have to open the missions with the type of weather you want and do some searching around in notepad... If I figure out how to do it again I'll post it...
