buldozer keeps crashing plz help

Hi all plz can some help or point me in the right direction plz

I am trying to learn to use oxygen 2 PE which i think i have set up right but when i try to launch buldozer i keep getting the following error message

No entry bin\config.bin/CfgDifficulties/Regular/Flags.VonID

Unpack the ArmA/DTA/bin.pbo file, and put the resulting folder, called bin, into your O2 directory (the P:\ drive or wherever you have it setup to be). It seems you have a dodgy config file, but it doesn't appear to be different to what the ArmA.exe is expecting (otherwise you'd be getting a mismatch error covered elsewhere on these forums). Anyway, backup your bin folder first and try my suggestion, and see if it works.
