Questions editing warfare (i need help!!)

QUESTIONS EDITING WARFARE.

I´m not a good editor, but i´m trying to edit warfare adding some addons of FFAA mod (spanish army mod).

I got some problems beacuse the side of the units of the mod is resistance. When I put the soldiers of the mod in the list of the barracks they appear but are enemies.
I´ve changed the side of the players units to WEST, but each soldiers you recruit in the menu are enemies.

If someone could help me i will be realy gratefull!!

Are you saying that you edited the addon unit .pbo and physically changed their side orientation from Independent to West?

No.

I mean i edited inside the mission/common/config/config_barracks the soldiers of the west side, to be the ones of the mod.

the problem is that those soldiers (mod soldiers) are from GUER side (resistance), and the players slots are of WEST side, so when you recruit them they appear as enemies and began to compat vs you.

I´m trying to find how to change the side of the soldiers you recruit.
