It's not clear from where you bought it, you say your uncle purchased it for you as it was released in europe, so there are atleast three online distributors:

Metaboli (http://www.metaboli.com/) or Sprocket (http://www.sprocketidea.com/) or Softwrap (http://www.softwrap.com/games.aspx)

Then you say after it was released in the States you asked for an activation code. Where you asked? The activation code you can only receive from the company you purchased it from. If you for example have purchased it from Sprocket, you can't ask Softwrap for the activation code.

Check the confirmation mail you/your uncle received after the order. In that mail there should be a contact/support address. Contact them and describe your problem. If you write the email, make sure you make a clear subject. Not just "help please" like here, as such emails usualy don't get any attention.

As i already said, if your uncle purchased it online as it was released in Europe then it might be not Softwrap which you need to contact but another online distributor.

Again: if you/your uncle has not purchased from Softwrap then you can contact them as long as you want and they will never answer, simply because it's not their problem.

Before you contact any support you first need to find out who is responsible for your problem.
