During that mission, i use the 5 ton truck to reach bravo team but they just always get to the camp by foot and it takes freaking soo long for them to reach it....is it a glitch ??...how can i make them enter the truck ??

Don't hop in the truck until you're ordered, or this will happen. You'll get a waypoint to board it.

That's at least what I experienced when I tried the mission.

I was doing the exact same until I read this one and lo-and behold I managed to make the trip, pick em up and return just in the nick of time!
