[3/1] is a MBU (Military Based Unit), encompasing military structure, training, ranks, and awards. We strive to use teamwork and our training in every way possible, but still maintain the overall fun atmosphere of the game itself.
Training:
The training of any unit is its heart and soul. In [3/1] we take our training (this means practices) as serious as actual matches/scrims. This is because these training exersises are meant to prepare you for those events.
In [3/1] You will be taught MOUT (military operations in urban terrain), and CQB (close quarters battle). Open land warfare and urban combat
The people:
We expect everyone in [3/1] to conduct themselves at a muture level at all times. This means no dis-respecting other units/clans and their members, and no general asshatery.
We want highspeed people in [3/1]. People who can pick up things quickly. We want people with a good attention to detail. And we want people who want to be here, and want to have fun. because after all this is a game.
Our history:
[3/1] has been around since the middle of april of 2006 (Johnson made it). We were formerly the 26thMEU(the former co and staff). [3/1] was founded to be an elite infantry unit, and to introduce a new attitude to the realism scene. I (Tyrsted) have been with this unit for about 2 years now and have taken over the unit.
