I will just let the pictures do the talking.

In 3ds max:

in o2:

Is there a known way to fix the problem?

Edit:

It seems it is only doing it while the texture is applied. Do I have to do something special with my texture to make it not do this?

Maybe the texture has screwed up Alpha channels? Does the texture look alright when viewed in TexView? How did you convert the texture? (via O2's auto-convert or manually using TexView - if you used TexView did you just save it as a PAA/PAC file, or did you save it with a _CA.paa/.pac or _CO.paa/.pac extension?).

I just used to o2 converter. The texture has no Alpha channel. I will convert it with tex view and see if it works.

That only happens when you use a illegal version of 3ds max http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif.

Gotcha.

I figured it out, o2 was just setting one of my layers as an alpha channel but I fixed the problem.
