My friend is having problems starting up ArmA... I'll let him explain it.

Ok... he can't create a reply either, so I'll just explain it.
System Specs: AMD X2 5200+
Nvidia 8800 Ultra
4gigs RAM
Creative X-Fi Extreme Gamer
Windows Vista Home Premium
